The buildings at Lake Vista were built between 2006 and 2008. They are concrete block and concrete all the way to the top with a stucco exterior. In 2022, all of the tile roofs were replaced. Below you will find pictures and links to the construction pictures.
Although the roofing was not yet completed when Hurricane Ian roared past, the buildings and roofs were not damaged. Lake Vista sustained only minor landscaping damage.
