Who owns Lake Vista?

Lake Vista is owned by a homeowners association whose members are the owners of the condominiums.

How many residences are at Lake Vista?

There are 132 condominiums in six four-story buildings.

What is the age of people who live at Lake Vista?

Lake Vista has an interesting mix of adults whose ages range from 40s to 80s. There are no age restrictions on who can live at Lake Vista.

What is the size of condos at Lake Vista?

The condos range in size from 1748 to 2153 square feet plus balconies.

How high are the ceilings at Lake Vista?

The spacious floor plans are complemented by 10-foot ceilings.

What sort of storage options are available to residents?

In addition to generous closet space, residents also have storage space in the garage with roll-up overhead doors.

Where do residents park?

There are assigned parking spaces in the ground-floor garage of each building and additional parking outdoors.

Where are the mailboxes at Lake Vista?

Mailboxes are located indoors in the lobby of each building. There is also a slot for out-going mail.

How is landscaping handled at Lake Vista?

The association engages a professional landscaping company to maintain the entire Lake Vista property.

How much are homeowner association fees?

Lake Vista owners pay dues four times per year for all services.  Lake Vista also maintains a strong pooled reserve fund to pay for capital and long-term improvements.  Special assessments may be required to pay for large or unanticipated expenses.

Does Lake Vista have on-site property management?

Yes, the property manager is available at the office in the clubhouse.

Can the clubhouse be used for private parties?

When not being used for association meetings and events, the clubhouse may be reserved for private gatherings of residents’ families and friends.

Can I swim laps at Lake Vista?

The pool at Lake Vista is rectangular and measures 44.5 feet by 23 feet, which many find convenient for swimming laps.

Is the pool heated in winter?

The pool is heated to 85 degrees in cooler months and cooled to 86 degrees in warmer months. Residents use it every month of the year.

Can my grandchildren use the pool?

Children must be supervised by an adult.  Residents may bring up to six guests to the pool.  THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS.

What kind of equipment is in the fitness center?

The fitness center offers free weights, cardio and strength machines, a recumbent bicycle and treadmills.

How can I enter the gate to visit a friend at Lake Vista?

At the guest entry, scroll to the owner's name and press the call button.  The owner will receive a call and can signal the gate to open.  The same process may be used at the security box next to the front door of each building.

Is there a minimum rental period for a condo at Lake Vista?

A condo may not be rented for fewer than 90 days or three months.

Can a potential buyer review association documents?

Yes, the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are available here. Minutes of meetings and summaries of contracts are posted in the restricted part of this website, which is available to owners only.
