Mail and Package Delivery

Mail and parcel boxes are located indoors in the lobby of each building at Lake Vista. Residents especially appreciate the outgoing mail slot, which saves frequent trips to a post office.

Packages are delivered inside to the locked lobby of the addressee’s condominium building. Large packages may be delivered right to the addressee’s door. A resident who is physically unable to retrieve packages from the lobby may inform delivery companies and request that packages be delivered to the door to accommodate the resident.
