Welcome to Lake Vista

Our exclusive community is a neighborhood of six Mediterranean style buildings located in the award-winning town of Lakewood Ranch. Residents enjoy the tranquil, beautifully maintained grounds surrounded by three lakes. The tastefully decorated clubhouse is home to social gatherings and private parties, and includes a full kitchen, private fitness center, pool with spa and outdoor grilling facilities. The exterior of each building features a circular drive with brick pavers, and each spacious lobby provides both mail pickup and delivery. There is tremendous appeal in this upscale community of only 132 homes.
