Pool

Lake Vista offers residents and guests a large outdoor pool and spa overlooking a lake. Both are set in a spacious sun deck covered with wide pavers. The sun deck is furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, umbrellas and lounges. It also features a large gas grill that can be used to entertain family or friends.

The pool measures 23 feet wide and 44.5 feet long, a total of 1,223.5 square feet. The spa is 14.5 feet wide and 17 feet long, a total of 246.5 square feet.

Two pool heaters are set to maintain a water temperature of 84 degrees in cooler months. The cooling feature of one heater keeps the pool to a comfortable 85 to 86 degrees in warmer months, when the pool temperature otherwise would rise to 90 degrees or more. The spa is maintained not to exceed 104 degrees.
