Clubhouse

The Lake Vista Clubhouse is centrally located and opens onto the sun deck, pool and spa. It is the setting of association meetings and social events. It can also be reserved by residents for parties, game nights or other activities shared with family and friends. When it is not reserved, the Clubhouse is available for all residents. There is Wifi for anyone wishing to take computer work into a more social space, and that is especially popular with teenaged visitors.

The Clubhouse features a spacious lounge furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and a television. A large table and chairs are available for board games, cards or informal discussions. A smaller table and chairs are available for a conversation with two people. The association office and conference room are located in the Clubhouse. The Library is situated in a nook off the lounge and next to the Fitness Center. Restrooms are available.

A kitchen in the Clubhouse is fully equipped with sinks, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee makers and a microwave. The countertop is granite. A bar area provides a sink and plenty of counter space to serve.

The Clubhouse is open from 4:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
